We will cross-cut some of these boards to the length you order, you do not have to buy a whole board.

Return Policy

We at Ancientwood, Ltd.do our best to present a fair and accurate
representation of Ancient Kauri to you. If you have purchased a piece
of Ancient Kauri and are not satisfied, please return it for an
exchange, less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Ancientwood, Ltd. does
not pay return shipping costs. If the Ancient Kauri has been cut,
milled, shaped or in any other way, by Ancientwood, Ltd. or another
person, it is not returnable. Any returned checks are subject to a $25
charge. We proud of our customer service and do all we can to insure
your satisfaction.
