Return Policy
We at Ancientwood, Ltd. do our best to present a fair and accurate representation of Ancient Kauri to you.
If you have purchased a piece of Ancient Kauri and are not satisfied, please return it for an exchange, less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Ancientwood, Ltd. does not pay return shipping costs.
If the Ancient Kauri has been cut, milled, shaped or in any other way, by Ancientwood, Ltd. or another person, it is not returnable.
Any returned checks are subject to a $25 charge.
