To Order Ancient Kauri:

Email, phone, or fax us with the quantity, dimensions, and any particular characteristics of the wood that interest you.

We need a shipping address and phone number.

We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express, check, money order, or wire transfer.

If using a credit card, we will need:

• Your credit card number, with the expiration date and the three digit code on the back of the card, in the signature box.
• A credit card address and phone number (if different then shipping).
• This information can be emailed, faxed, or phoned to us. If you prefer, you can send your card info in two separate emails, with half in each email.

Every order comes with a Certificate of Authenticity for the wood included, a brochure telling the story of the Ancient Kauri, and sanding and finishing suggestions.

We ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Freight (for long boards and larger orders), and US Mail.

Here is additional Inventory information:

All orders will be filled with DRY Ancient Kauri, with a moisture content between 6% and 10%.

4/4 (1 inch thick) stock:

Stock width is 12” wide.

The lengths are up to 138” .

We will crosscut to the length you want.

We can rip stock for you, but prefer that you take the full width of the board.

The price Ancient Kauri by the board foot is as follows:

• Flat sawn grain is $40.00
• Active grain is $45-$60
• Quarter sawn is $50.00
• Flamed quarter sawn is $60.00
• Whitebait is $100.00

The price increases per board foot depending on the thickness, or grain activity: exceptional, flamed, burled or quarter sawn.

Veneers:

Leaves are available at 1/32nd of an inch thick, and are 9" wide and ten feet long.

• 1 to 150 square feet is $7.50 per sq. ft.
• 150 to 500 square feet is $6.50 per sq. ft
• 500 square feet or more is $5.00 per sq. ft

Available as individual leaves, as "books", or we can make them into plywood sheets.

It can be paper-backed and we can apply it to any substrate you prefer: MDF, FSC Certified Green, Honeycomb.

• 2" thick boards are $40.00 per board foot.
• 2 1/12" to 4" boards are $40.00 per board foot.

Additional Stock:

• A wood turners dream: wet, fresh from the bog turning blanks in 12" X 12" or 9" X 9" timbers. We also fill custom order sizes.
• Extremely large slabs up to 50” wide X over 10ft long.
• Natural edged timbers and boards.
• Large and small turning blocks are $40.00 per board foot and up.
• Table bases cut from the stump are $40.00 per board foot.
• Natural edged freeform slabs cut from the root section of the tree. These have very active figured grain, similar to a burl.

Our stock is all rough cut, but if you require planed wood we can plane it for you at our normal shop rate of $45.00 per hour.
